SJA Strength Training Information

Saint Joseph Academy athletic trainer Ms. Leanne Levenduski will be hosting a strength training program beginning on June 13 at SJA.

This is an opportunity for SJA athletes to get a jump on preseason and training for next season. The training will feature a combination of preventative exercises, resistance, agility and plyometrics. Time slots will range from 10:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. at SJA.

Incoming and returning athletes encouraged to participate.
