The Saint Joseph Academy varsity lacrosse team picked up its fifth win in a row with a final score of 16-5 against Archbishop Hoban this past Friday. The Jaguars are now 5-2 overall and 3-0 in NCL play.
The Jaguars started strong by controlling the draw and attacking on offense. At half, the Jags led 12-2. The Jaguars played well together with six different team members scoring to add to the 16-5 win over the Knights. Grace Mattimore led the way with six goals and one assist. Faith Maruna had four goals and one assist. Emily Langel had three goals and three assists. Juniors Charlotte Baker and CeCe Boushelle each had a goal as well as freshman Alison Carson. Maddie Harden had five saves in goal.
