Kieser to Step Back From Track & Field Coaching; Will Remain Cross Country Coach

Saint Joseph Academy head coach Mr. Fred Kieser, who has led the SJA cross country, indoor track and outdoor track & field programs for the last two decades, has decided to take a step back from his coaching positions with the indoor and outdoor track & field programs to spend more time with his family.

Nutritionist To Speak to SJA XC and Track Athletes

Any student interested in running cross country or track next year is invited to attend a presentation on nutrition on Monday, May 22.  The presentation will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the SJA auditorium and should last about 30 minutes.
