Cleary Stepping Down After Over A Decade of Coaching

Rugby Set To Compete at Nationals

Saint Joseph Academy rugby, the 2016 National Champions, will head to Murfreesboro, TN this weekend to compete in the 2018 Girls High School National Invitational Rugby Championships.  The tournament will be played at Middle Tennessee State University. The Jaguars are the #5 seed in the eight-team tournament and begin play on Saturday against Kahuku High School

Regina Baldado Commits To Queens University of Charlotte

Saint Joseph Academy senior rugby play Regina Baldado has committed to Queens University of Charlotte to continue her academic and rugby career. Baldado has been an instrumental part of the SJA rugby program over the last four years.  She played a key role in the Jaguars’ 2016 National High School Championship while also helping lead SJA to state championships in 2016

JV Rugby Splits Games with Medina

The Saint Joseph Academy JV rugby team played a pair of games on Sunday afternoon.  The Jaguars took on the “B” side from Medina High School first and defeated the Bees 61-10.  SJA then played against the Medina “A” side and fell 33-21 in a close game. Rugby Opens Season at Carolina Ruggerfest

The Saint Joseph Academy rugby program opened its spring season in Matthews, North Carolina this past weekend at the Carolina Ruggerfest. Saint Joseph Academy senior Annie Rolf has been named Ms. Rugby Ohio by Rugby Ohio.  The award is given each year to the top male and female rugby player in the state of Ohio.
