Fall Sports Requirements

Interested in playing a fall sport at Saint Joseph Academy? The following requirements must be completed prior to trying out for a fall sport: ✅ Final Forms - all student-athletes must be registered for the sport in Final Forms, all parent and student forms must be signed, directions can be found at https://sjajaguars.org/athletic-participation-overview ✅ OHSAA Physical - all student-athletes must have a current OHSAA physical for the 2026-2027 school year, form can be found at https://sjajaguars.org/athletic-participation-overview ✅ImPact Concussion Test - required for all soccer and volleyball student-athletes, directions can be found at https://sjajaguars.org/athletic-participation-overview Student-athletes will not be eligible for tryouts until all requirements have been completed.
